CES has been working for me on a contract basis for over 2 years assisting with the live customer support and service of my two retail web businesses. During this period of time CES has proven to be extremely professional in all of their dealings with me and with my customers and suppliers. As a owner of a small web site operation you do not have a lot of extra staff to help out when away from the "store". This past January I wanted to take my customer service and order processing staff the the annual trade show I always attend, but that would leave no one available to process orders and handle phone calls. I contracted with CES to manage my store for four days while we were away. They did a great job and we were able to enjoy the show.
