CES started in 2004 when Wes Grasty, founder and owner, got fed up with poor customer service, especially online. In his spare time, Wes started helping local e-commerce owners with their customer service and online order processing. His passion and foresight to see the need for excellent customer service and efficient order processing led him to start CES.
Wes earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 1991 and began his retail journey in 1993 working for an independent 10 store chain going up against the big guys. The main competitive advantage to overcome the big guys was personable customer service and that's how the passion started. There was nothing better than making customers happy. Wes became manager of one of the stores after just four months. A few years later, the business began selling product online and Wes was the natural choice to head up the process from managing the inventory to assembling a customer service team. His team handled around the clock customer service for more than 20,000 items that he put online. After the success of that venture it was time to start CES.
Wes takes special care in hiring the "right" employees ensuring that they always go the extra mile for customers and order processing, ensuring that his clients benefit from the increased sales and time.
